ABOUT YOUR PIN
Our innovative system is quite different from those usually used for evaluative interlaboratory tests.
It is based on the automatic assignment of a unique PIN related to the test to which the company makes the registration.
We entrusted Protocol srl with the procedure that ensures the complete anonymity of participants in all of the proposed tests.
The anonymity is based on the issuance of a new PIN code for each test: the system assigns to each participant a unique number – not linked to the member’s registration.
The company will be able to find the evaluation of its results in the final document published on the website only through this PIN number.
Nobody knows which company has been given a specific PIN number for that test – not even Protocol srl.
The PIN will be issued and visualised online on screen only once, after you have sent the xls file with the test data. The page with the PIN must be printed and kept by the participant, because once the PIN has been visualised, it won’t be possible to retrieve it.
All these procedures, from the registration of the company to the upload of the file with the results, are protected by https protocol, so that data transfers between the server and the user are always encrypted.

2#CHOOSE THE TEST
Select the test you want to take part in from our catalogue. In the test description you will find the relevant documentation on the protocol and the xls file to be filled in with your data.

After a couple of days you will receive the sample on which to perform the analyses.

Carry out the analyses on the samples following the protocol and gather your results.

After having completed the tests, fill in the xls file and upload it on the website through this button:
In this phase you will be given your PIN number; print it out, because it won’t be possible to retrieve it.

After gathering all data from the participants, you will be notified via mail that your results can be found online under your PIN number.
